A little about us: We met in college earning our BAA’s in Photography where we spent 4 years together creating, learning, and occasionally making a group decision to not go to class. It wasn’t until we graduated that we individually wanted to explore wedding photography so we decided to do it together. All of these years later and we are still here, still best friends, and still shooting side by side.
What we love most is our ability to be storytellers; with each wedding and family that we photograph our goal is to bring your stories to life through candid captures and heartfelt connections. We’re equally drawn to editorial photography where thoughtful composition and gentle posing allows you to feel glamorous and chic, without ever losing what makes you, you.
Whether we’re a fly on the wall, giving guidance, or— more often than not— doing a little bit of both, our approach is always centred on making you feel effortless, elevated, and truly seen.
As you’ll see below we keep things simple around here with hourly coverage that lets you book exactly what you need, whether that’s a few hours for the moments that matter most, or full day coverage to capture your whole wedding story from start to finish. However your day unfolds, we want to create the right package that supports your day, your plans, and your story.

That’s not a problem at all! If you have a rough idea of your schedule and the moments you most want captured we can begin with enough time to cover them. As your day approaches and plans are set, we can update our hours of coverage adding more or less as needed.
When we book a wedding we book the entire day off for you, whether we’re with you for 2 hours or 12 hours, so we’re flexible with our timing together.

For bookings 4hrs or less we do two 50/50 instalments; half due as a non-refundable retainer to secure your date, and the remaining balance due 4 weeks after your wedding.
For bookings 5hrs or more we do three instalments; $900 non-refundable retainer to secure your date, 50% of your balance due 4 weeks before your wedding, and the remaining balance (with any additional hours or optional extras) due 4 weeks after your wedding.
We do not offer tax free discounts for cash payments. Unfortunately wedding photography is not considered an applicable service for status / tax exempt cards, whether on or off a rez.

Engagement sessions are a great way to spend a little time together before your wedding day, and to get comfortable in front of the camera. It gives you space to ease into the experience, connect with us, and walk away with photographs that simply celebrate this exciting chapter of your relationship. For couples who book a wedding photography package, engagement sessions are available at a discounted rate. Final high resolution images are delivered within 1–2 weeks in a private online gallery, ready to view, share, and download.
Since our time in BC is limited we may not get the opportunity to shoot before your wedding, but just know we are absolutely up for shooting after if that works better for all of our schedules. Think of ‘engagement’ as a loose term, this could also be an adventure session to go for a sunrise hike and take some pretty photos together, or a simple couples session at sunset on the beach shortly after your wedding.

We recommend shooting your session at most 2 months before your wedding in case you want any printed or digitally designed materials in time for your day.

We have a fairly comprehensive questionnaire that we’ll send you approximately four weeks before your wedding. This questionnaire is designed to gather all of your final timeline details, shot list, moodboard, and any other relevant information to ensure we are fully prepared to capture your special day as you envision it.

We did it, this is what we’ve been waiting for!! Enjoy it and take in every moment— as much as you can— your wedding day flies by so quickly! This is where the bulk of our work begins; we’ll hang out with you all day, we’ll cheer you on, hold your bouquet, and track down your wandering family members for photos.
A few days after your wedding we’ll send some preview photos. In 4-6 weeks, your full gallery will be ready with beautiful memories you can treasure forever.
If you want printed items like a photo book or prints, we’re happy to help but there is no rush— you can come back to this later when you, and your budget, are ready.
