Olivia & Kelly's Micro Wedding on a Farm

If there’s something you need to know about us, it’s that we looooove animals, love!

So when Olivia & Kelly reached out about having their micro wedding with only their nearest and dearest on a family friend’s farm we were so excited! We have always had a penchant for elopements since we started shooting but over the last couple of years that has really been solidified. While more intimate weddings are not everyone’s cup of tea there’s just something so special about keeping things intimate; being able to interact with each one of your guests with no rush to move on to the next ones, to have a loose schedule for the day and not feel so pressured to make sure you’re hitting every point in your timeline or else everything else is thrown off. And that’s exactly how Olivia & Kelly’s wedding felt; relaxed, intimate, and full of love.

Our favourite part of O&K is their story; they met when they both worked at a summer camp for peoples with disabilities. When asked how they knew they were the one for each other they said “When we met, we both felt like we knew each other from somewhere. But after nearly seven years of trying to figure out how, we've resigned ourselves to the fact that we had no mutual connection prior to meeting... in this lifetime, at least. We've always felt at ease with each other, and have created a strong sense of comfort, connection, and belonging with each other. We trust each other completely and can't imagine our lives without each other!”
