A little about us: We met in college earning our BAA’s in Photography where we spent 4 years together creating, learning, and occasionally making a group decision to not go to class. It wasn’t until we graduated that we individually wanted to explore wedding photography so we decided to do it together. All of these years later and we are still here, still best friends, and still shooting side by side.

What we love most is our ability to be storytellers; with each wedding and family that we photograph our goal is to bring your stories to life through candid captures and heartfelt connections. We’re equally drawn to editorial photography where thoughtful composition and gentle posing allows you to feel glamorous and chic, without ever losing what makes you, you.

Whether we’re a fly on the wall, giving guidance, or— more often than not— doing a little bit of both, our approach is always centred on making you feel effortless, elevated, and truly seen.

Whether your belly is growing for the first (or second, or third time), if you’re in the throws of newborn bliss, or are simply taking photos with your immediate or extended family for fun, we are looking forward to spending some time with you to document your story, wherever you are.

Shooting in studio lends itself to an editorial approach with thoughtful composition and gentle guidance for family photography that is elevated and effortless, all while still looking and feeling like you.

Great for a solo maternity session, and for families of all ages. Also a fantastic weather proof option for colder / wetter months

FAQ

Is there an ideal time for maternity photos?

Between 30–36 weeks is typically the sweet spot for a nice round bump, but ultimately it's up to you and how you're feeling! We want you to be comfortable on your feet and able to move around, which might mean a little earlier or a little later depending on your body. Everyone is different, listen to yourself!

Can the mini session be shot somewhere other than Toronto or East Mississauga?

Our mini sessions are designed to be our most accessible option, and having set locations in Toronto and East Mississauga allows us to keep things simple and affordable for the majority of our clients who are based in the GTA. Since the session itself is short, we always encourage you to make a little day of it — grab lunch, explore the park, see the neighbourhood — so that your trip feels worthwhile no matter how far you're coming from!

Is there an additional cost for renting a studio?

Yes — a studio rental is an additional cost on top of our session fee, and pricing varies studio to studio but typically ranges from $150–$250/hr + HST.

We prefer to handle the booking ourselves and include the cost directly in your invoice. Most studios offer credits rather than refunds for cancellations, booking through us means that if plans change, we hold onto the credit and put it toward a future session with you or someone else, so you're never paying for a space you didn't use.

What’s the payment breakdown?

For standard sessions — we keep it simple with two 50/50 payments: a non-refundable retainer to lock in your date, and the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

For mini sessions — the full amount is due upon booking. Please note that the session is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or late arrival.

That said, while your initial payment for both standard and mini sessions are non-refundable they are date transferable; weather can be a big factor for outdoor sessions and we want you to have the best experience possible. If conditions aren't looking great and rescheduling makes more sense, we'll move your date and carry your payment forward with no fuss.
